What can I say about Mrs. Hubbard that would explain how good of an agent she was in our entire transaction. Not only was she thorough in completing both tasks, she was there for us anytime we needed her. Sometimes working after her specified hours to get us the information that we needed in a timely manner. No matter how many houses we wanted to see or inquire about, she was there to show them to us and give her opinion on the fit for our needs. She saved us time and money on some that could have been bad for us in the long run. There were occasions where the buyer of our home made things difficult but she was able to step in and represent our interests effectively. If I ever come across anyone who needs real estate help there is only one agent that I would recommend and that is Katherine Hubbard! A++++ experience!!

Katherine is one of those gems that continues to shine as time passes. We clicked at the first interaction, when she appeared passionate, trustworthy, and persuasive without overstepping. She was really helpful in guiding us and keeping spending within a budget. We started with pricing overambition, so when we had to lower the price, we felt a little uncomfortable and questioned a bit of her commitment. However, this was due to abrupt changes in market conditions, and despite our aggressive approach, she remained patient. Her real genius came when she took charge of last-minute unexpected events, such as when we had to fly out of country and a big sewerage issue came up, which could have caused us to spend thousands of dollars and potentially cancel the contract. She not only satisfied all stakeholders, but she also persuaded the city to pick up a large portion of the work and complete it in 2–3 days before closing, which could have taken months otherwise. I am thankful to Katherine, our seller agent, who not only alleviated our concerns but also helped us close the sale in less than 25 days. I would recommend that you simply hire her to sell your house and then forget about it. Thank you, Katherine!

Katherine was phenomenal. We sold our house quickly even in an “off season” and she got us full asking price. We also used her to find a house, and she was patient and informative as we explored different areas for our forever home as we look at retirement soon. She knew what to look for, the questions to ask, and she was 100% our advocate. We definitely recommend her to buy and sell because she’s not only a great realtor, but an all round great human being.

Katherine was great to work with. Her picture team was fabulous, she was an expert on the market and how to price it, and was an effective communicator. Highly recommend her as a realtor! If Google would allow six stars, I would give them to this wonderful woman. Ours was a difficult sale, as the buyers skillfully prolonged closing to eek out more and more concessions. Catherine gave us timely and consistently correct advice on how to handle the curves and black ice on the road to the final close. She is warm, professional and deeply knowledgeable about the legal and ethical aspects of real estate transactions. Don't waste the extra money! She's worth it and more.
